It combines the advantages of microwave and vacuum drying ,such as :the efficiency high, the quality well, the processing costs low and the processing cycle short etc.Meanwhile, it overcomes the defect of the conventional vacuum drying equipment , such as :the processing cycle long, the efficiency low . PLC control technology reduces loss caused by the human error,improve the stability of product quality and speed up the process to achieve industrialization for enterprises .
Characteristic:
Low-temperature and high-efficiency: As is well known,If the pressure reduces, the boiling point of water will decrease.Under an atmospheric pressure(101.3kpa ),the boiling point of water is 100 oC, if under the 0.073 atmospheric pressure(7.37kpa) the boiling point of water will decrease to 40 oC. under the vacuum condition, heating objects can evaporate the inside water without heating. When microwave vacuum dries heat-sensitive substances, the drying rate is much higher than the conventional dry, the ratio is generally more than a dozen or even dozens.
